Ship chandling, wherever you call
Answers to the questions we hear most from masters, superintendents and ship managers.
Does NAVISCOPE MARINE supply vessels calling at Singapore?
Yes. We coordinate provisions, bonded stores and technical supplies for vessels at Singapore’s anchorages and terminals, including PSA Tuas and Jurong Port, with delivery windows built around each vessel’s port stay.
Is there a ship chandler covering Busan and other South Korean ports?
Yes. We arrange ship supply into Busan New Port and Busan North Port, working with local agents to clear provisions and stores in line with Korean customs procedures.
Can you deliver ship stores to Rotterdam and other Dutch ports?
Yes. Rotterdam is one of our core European coverage points, alongside connections into Amsterdam and Antwerp, for provisions, bonded goods, and deck and engine stores.
Do you supply vessels calling at Algeciras or other Spanish ports?
Yes. Algeciras is our anchor point in Spain, with onward coordination into Valencia and Barcelona, for provisions, bonded stores and technical supplies in line with EU and Spanish customs procedures.
Which African ports does NAVISCOPE MARINE cover?
Our African network centres on Durban, Cape Town, Lagos, Mombasa and Tema, with additional ports available on request through our regional agent partners.
What is a ship chandler and what does the service include?
A ship chandler sources and delivers the goods a vessel needs while in port: fresh and dry provisions, bonded and duty-free stores, deck and engine spares, safety and life-saving equipment, cabin supplies, and coordination with port agents.
How quickly can NAVISCOPE MARINE deliver an order to a vessel?
Standard provisions and stores are typically confirmed within hours of an order and delivered within the vessel’s port window; urgent requests are handled through our 24/7 duty desk.
My port isn’t listed. Can you still supply the vessel?
Possibly. Our hubs are where we call most often, but we coordinate ship supply at ports worldwide. Get in touch with the port and ETA and we’ll arrange it.
How do I request a quote?
Tell us the port, the ETA and what the vessel needs, using the form on our contact section, by email or on WhatsApp. A regional coordinator will follow up with a quote and delivery plan.
Can you supply halal or dietary-specific provisions?
Yes. Halal and dietary-specific options are available on request as part of a provisions order.
Is someone available outside office hours?
Yes. Our duty desk runs 24/7 for last-minute and out-of-hours port calls.
Where is Naviscope Marine Services LLC based?
Our office is at 5900 Balcones Dr Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731, USA, with dedicated coordination hubs in Singapore, South Korea, the Netherlands, Spain and Africa.
